Knee Pain

Knee pain can seriously impact quality of life for anyone because we all need to walk, take steps, or bend down. And if you are an athlete, knee pain can completely compromise your active lifestyle.  Unfortunately, many people resort to taking pain medications or stopping their activities due to their knee pain.  But this does not have to be you. I work with people with knee pain and help them return to normal function and/or sports. Injuries are prevented by proactively identifying and addressing the causes of knee pain.
